I ordered a Preorder item, when will it be shipped?

Preorder items are currently being manufactured! Here is a list of my Preorder items. If your order includes any of the following you may expect them to be shipped out at a later date:

• COOKIE RUN CHARMS - TBA
• VTUBER CHARMS - TBA
• OMEGAVERSE CHARMS - TBA

Do you deliver Internationally?

Yes! Please order from my Etsy if your are outside of North America.

NOTE: For US customers

- ordering from Etsy -> quickturn around but pay tariff 

- ordering from Big Cartel -> preorder period but no tariff

When will my orders be delivered?

Shipping estimates are as follows:

• Canadian (lettermail) - 2-4 business days 
• Canadian (tracked) - 5-7 business days 
• US (tracked) - 6-8 business days **

⚠ NOTE: Shipping interruptions usually happen due to holiday traffic or distruptions to your local postal service!

* For International orders I highly recommend adding your phone number to your order info! 

** All US orders will be sent out Oct 17th

When do you ship out orders?

Orders are sent out every Friday! 

If you order on Friday, your order will be sent out the next Friday!

I want to cancel/exchange/refund my order, what should I do?

Send me an email so I can work something out for you! Please be aware if I have already sent out your order, there's usually little I can do so please reach out ASAP ><

I never recieved my package...what now?

Orders can sometimes be lost during transit or returned to sender due to missing/inaccurate delivery addresses! 

If you had a tracked order:

• I can resend the order via lettermail, free of charge! or...
• You can pay the shipping fee for me to send it with tracking!

If you had a lettermail/not tracked order, please give it another 14 - 28 business days! If it still hasn't come in....I am sorry but I won't be able to replace your missing order 🙇‍♂️
